Some of My Recent Work...

I thought I would share some of my recent work.

This is a Santa Claus wall hanging that I made for a Christmas gift for a family member.  They are going to love it!

I made this beauty for my husband for our anniversary.  It's completely made from men's shirts.  The pattern is a bowtie variation, set into "circles", and it also has a scrappy border using the leftover blue shirt scraps.  He loves it.

This summer, one of the pumpkins in my class had a baby sister, and we decided to make a present for her.  I brought in my sewing machine and precut squares, and the kids sewed them together with my help.  This is the big brother working hard...

Below is the finished quilt, and my class was so proud!

The quilt below is one I made for a fundraiser for my school, which is located at the University of Central Florida.  Our symbol is the Pegasus, and this quilt is hand appliqued and machine quilted.  It's gorgeous, if I do say so myself.
